The Union County Health Department strives to provide high quality customer service. Whether providing a service or engaging in an enforcement action, our goal is to treat every customer with respect and professionalism. To help determine if we are achieving this goal, we rely on feedback from our customers. Whether a positive or negative experience, please share your experience with our leadership team.
