Please click on the button below to request test kits for your Thanksgiving holiday gatherings. Please note: These test kits have an expiration date near December 20, 2023, so they are intended for Thanksgiving holiday gatherings. These home test kits use nasal swabs to provide results in minutes. The test is self-administered. Currently we are out of kits that provide verified results using a telehealth proctor.
