This facility is open to members of the public age 13 and older. Available equipment includes state of the art aerobic and strength training equipment. An initial assessment includes body composition measurements, heart risk evaluation, weight, flexibility, and a review of your medical history. Members' blood pressures and pulses are recorded at each visit. The Health Center also offers monitored sessions of cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.
